BLACKHAWK Omega Elite phalanx homeland security vest is made of heavy-duty nylon mesh for maximum breathability. It features robust drag handle, #10 YKK Vislon zippers and Side-Release buckles for rapid Donning and Doffing along with pouches for flashbangs, handcuffs, O.C. Spray and Tactical light. It also has double pistol magazine pouches with adjustable lids, 14-round shotshell pouch and two M16/M4 pouches to hold four magazines.
